The website does not have any cookies and cannot personally identify anyone. The app allows you to add personally information for you and your baby however the data is only stored locally on your phone and no one has access to that.

Contact forms
Suffolk County Council collects the information that you submit in the contact form in order to reply back to your in regards to your query.
This information is only what you fill out in the contact form. There is no other data collected or analysed.

Our app directs you to third party authorised content, which have all been vetted. We do not embed any content on our site or app from other websites.

Our website uses analytical code and so does the app. This code is on our side and not placed on any of your devices. It does not personally track or identify you. We simply anonymously know the number of website visitors and how many app installs and uninstalls triggered.
